C.V. Driveshaft is a universal transmission device used for power transmission in the automotive transmission system. It consists of c.v joint and drive shaft. Front-wheel drive vehicle has its power initiated from combination of the engine, transmission and the main reducer assembly and transmitted directly to the front wheel. The front wheel is both the driving wheel and the steering wheel. Therefore, the constant velocity axle is used due to its large deflection angle and uniformed angular velocity. The emergence of constant velocity axle greatly facilitated the development of front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles.
During the metal processing procedure, the material needs to withstand complex stress status. Most of the stress fracture risk occurs in weak parts where forces are concentrated. We combined previous failure situations and FEMA Analysis, and came out with a failure solution manual in all aspects of the manufacturing process, applied with our unique SURE-CHAMFERTM technology to systematically eliminate the stress issue during metal processing. This technique effectively reduced the fracture risk.
